A workshop on Driving Competency-Based Learning was conducted at Green Fields School on January 7,2026.
The purpose was to help educators align curricular goals with measurable learning outcomes. The Resource person , Ms Vinita Sareen emphasized on the need to integrate key competencies such as communication, collaboration, and character development in teaching–learning practices. Participants engaged in discussions and activities focused on designing learner-centered approaches. The workshop provided valuable insights into implementing competency-based education effectively.
