On Saturday,2nd May 2026 Students from Classes VIl & VIII visited
Mother Dairy Plant, Patparganj, Delhi accompanied by the teachers.
The visit was organized under the able guidance of Principal Mrs Mini Khanna to give students practical exposure to large-scale milk processing, packaging, and quality control, and to help them understand the journey of milk from farm to table.
Students observed the Testing for quality and temperature at the dock.
Pasteurization, homogenization, and standardization explained with live demonstration.
Automated pouch filling and sealing unit where 10,000+ packets are sealed per hour.
Tests for adulteration, fat content, and microbial safety were shown.
The staff explained concepts in simple terms.
Each student was given flavored milk and ice cream at the end of the tour.
The visit was informative and well-organized. We thank Mother Dairy management for their cooperation and for inspiring our young learners. Such educational trips bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice.
