UNITY RUN 2023
On October 31, 2023, #IndianTourismDelhi, under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, organized the "Run for Unity" event at Inner Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi. This event commemorated the Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a key figure in the national integration of independent India, and is observed as "Rashtriya Ekta Diwas" or National Unity Day.
The event was marked by the participation of officers from the Ministry of Tourism, Stakeholders and members of Yuva Tourism Clubs. The primary aim of the event was to celebrate the legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who played a crucial role in uniting India after gaining independence.
