..Green Fields School organised a #CBSE #Capacity_Building_Programme for its teachers on the currently relevant topic of #Mental_Health and #Wellness on 26th May.
The session conducted by Ms Aditi Roy and Dr Hemlata Suri began with a short guided meditation session which stressed on the importance of #mindfulness and the need for #self_awareness.
The programme aimed to enhance the teachers understanding of mental health issues, promote a supportive school environment and identify signs of mental health issues in students. The training also equipped teachers with the knowledge, skills and strategies to support student health and well-being.
Overall the workshop was an enriching experience and was successful in achieving its objective.
